Dans les incontournables du Sud de la France, les calanques ! Nous nous mettons à l’eau dans la calanque de Port Miou près de Cassis. Le vent nous accompagne, nous devons donc être prudents en mer. Depuis la rive Ouest de la calanque, nous gagnons rapidement la pointe de la Cacau où les vagues et le vent redoublent d’ardeur. Surtout, ne pas se renverser à cet endroit où la mer fouette les rochers… Nous contournons la pointe pour aller s’abriter et admirer la calanque de Port Pin. C’est ensuite au tour de la superbe calanque d’En Vau et ses falaises, qui sont aujourd’hui parcourues par quelques cordées. Après la séance photo du jour, nous retournons dans la calanque de Port Pin pour pic-niquer sur les rochers. Nous repassons ensuite par la pointe de la Cacau, avec vent de dos cette fois-ci. La calanque de Port Miou est assez étroite et abrite un port. Pour finir, nous allons dans l’anse de Cassis en passant par le Cap Câble. Arrivés non loin du port, nous faisons demi-tour et finissons notre sortie.

In the highlights of the South of France, the « calanques »! We went into water in the cove of Port Miou, near Cassis. There is wind, so we must be careful in the sea. From the West Side of the cove, we quickly go to the tip of Cacau where the waves and the wind are the strongest. Most of all, we can’t turn over to this place where the sea whips the rocks… We get around the tip to admire the creek of Port Pin. It is then the beautiful creek of En Vau and its cliffs, where there are today some climbing teams. After some photos, we return to the creek of Port Pin to pic-nic on the rocks. We then go back to the tip of Cacau, with the wind in the back this time. The cove of Port Miou is quite narrow and has a port. Finally, we go in the cove of Cassis through the cap of Cable. Just before the port, we go back and finish our trip.
